Established in Stockholm in 2005, Klarna has been dedicated to simplifying online shopping worldwide. With years of innovation, Klarna remains committed to making payments secure, seamless, and convenient.


Despite Klarna's success, optimising email engagement posed a challenge. Existing email communications struggled to capture attention and drive meaningful engagement. Recognising the need for improvement, Klarna sought us out to help enhance their email marketing strategies to better connect with their audience.

The Solutions

Understanding that users spend less than a few seconds on a brand email, we collaborated with Klarna to craft compelling designs aimed at captivating their audience quickly. 


Leveraging engaging visuals, concise messaging, and user-centric design principles, our goal was to maximise Klarna's impact within this brief timeframe. 


The collaboration resulted in:


  • 10 innovative designs:

    • 5 for Non-Merchant
