As a Senior Salesforce Consultant at SCHMACK, you will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that drive significant returns on investment. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to enhance client relationships and business outcomes. Your ability to harness Salesforce’s capabilities, particularly within SFMC, will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.

  • Define digital marketing strategies and automation roadmaps aligned with client goals.

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

  • Extensive experience with tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.

  • Execute and optimize email, mobile, and web campaigns.

  • Implement A/B testing and analyze performance metrics.

  • Develop and manage customer journey maps using Journey Builder.

  • Design data models and segment audiences for targeted marketing.

  • Analyze data for insights and campaign optimization.

  • Provide expertise in Marketing Cloud best practices and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Stay updated on trends and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant.

  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and management.

  • 2+ years working in an agency or consulting firm.

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC products..

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and Journey Builder.

  • Experience with other Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and Service cloud. .

  • Knowledge of data integration tools and strategies, including Salesforce Connect, API management, and ETL processes.

  • Knowledge of CDP/Data Cloud is highly beneficial.
