As part of our mission to drive innovation through customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) design, we’re looking for a CX/UX Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping digital experiences and working alongside talented SCHMACKers in a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Design Support: Assist in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and interactions for digital products using best practices in UX Design and Interaction Design.

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Help map and analyse customer journeys to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience across platforms.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise design concepts, validate ideas, and test usability.

  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with members from Marketing, Tech and Sales background to create seamless, customer-centric solutions, from research to implementation.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Document research findings, design iterations, and testing results to ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

  • Background (one or more of the following): Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, UX Design, Customer Experience or related fields, with a strong focus on user-centered design principles and methodologies.

  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to approach design challenges with a user-centered mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and delivering practical design solutions.

  • Design Tools Knowledge: Competency in Figma, Miro, etc.

  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, and contribute to creative problem-solving.

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and quality in design execution and user experiences.
