This role will manage strategic and operational CRM initiatives that leverage technology to drive meaningful customer connections and improve overall customer experience.
CRM project planning and execution: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM project plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources. Lead CRM-focused projects from conception through completion, ensuring they align with SCHMACK’s customer-centric technology goals.
Stakeholder engagement: Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, managing communication to ensure they are informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
CRM resource management: Efficiently allocate resources, including team members and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery that meets CRM objectives.
Performance evaluation: Monitor CRM project performance against expected outcomes, utilizing data insights to drive decisions, adjustments, and optimizations throughout the project.
Innovation and improvement: Use insights from CRM project outcomes to continuously improve processes, platforms, and strategies, ensuring alignment with SCHMACK’s manifesto and customer engagement goals.

Need to have: Proven experience in managing CRM projects, with a strong focus on customer engagement and optimizing CRM platforms to deliver results.
Need to have: Expertise in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the CRM project lifecycle.
Need to have: Strong understanding of CRM-related risk and compliance management, particularly in the context of marketing technology.
Need to have: Excellent organizational and resource management skills, with a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors for CRM success.

Nice to have: Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel) to drive customer engagement strategies.
